  • List the risk factors for osteoporosis
  • Describe the factors that affect peak bone mass (PBM)
  • Review the effects of hormonal contraception on BMD
  • Discuss osteoporosis prevention strategies with patients
  • Screen appropriate patients for osteoporosis
