Endometriosis Screening, Counseling, and Management for Primary Care Clinicians




This is an internet-based activity that should take one hour to complete. To receive continuing education credit, learners should 1) take the pre-test 2) review the webinar and 3) complete the post-test.

Learning Objectives

At the conclusion of this presentation, participants should be able to:

  • Differentiate the diagnosis of endometriosis from other causes and types of pelvic pain
  • Conduct a diagnostic work-up for patients presenting with chronic pelvic pain
  • Collaborate with specialists to implement a treatment plan based on the latest medical and surgical therapies for endometriosis

Accreditation Information

Physicians: The Association of Reproductive Health Professionals is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to provide continuing medical education for physicians. ARHP designates this internet enduring material for a maximum of 1.0 AMA PRA Category 1 CreditTM. Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

American Academy of Family Physicians: This Live activity, Endometriosis Screening, Counseling, and Management for Primary Care Clinicians, with a beginning date of 07/23/2013, has been reviewed and is acceptable for up to  1.00 Prescribed credit(s) by the American Academy of Family Physicians. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
