Learning Objectives

By the end of this presentation, you will be able to:

  • Describe brief overview of human papillomavirus and current cervical cancer screening guidelines for vulnerable/underserved populations
  • Identify vulnerable and underserved populations and describe relevant barriers to cervical cancer screening and treatment.
  • Describe and apply ASCCP, ACOG/CDC, and other applicable screening guidelines for vulnerable/underserved populations
  • Apply appropriate counseling techniques and patient management for vulnerable/underserved populations
