Anne A. Moore, DNP, APN-BC, FAANP

Anne Moore is the Womenís Health Clinical Trainer for the Division of Family Health and Wellness, at the Tennessee Department of Health. She developed the womenís health nurse practitioner program at Vanderbilt University in 1992 where she was faculty/professor of nursing for 22 years. Dr. Moore received her undergraduate and masterís degrees from Vanderbilt and her doctorate from the University of Missouri at Kansas City. A fellow of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, she is an editor for Updates in Clinical Medicine, an associate editor for OBG Management, is on the editorial board of Womenís Health Care: A Practical Journal for Nurse Practitioners, and is an editorial reviewer for the Journal of Obstetric, Gynecologic, and Neonatal Nursing. Dr. Moore has authored numerous publications addressing womenís health care issues. She is an invited speaker nationally and internationally on topics related to the health of women. She holds dual certification in womenís and adult health and maintains an active practice in Nashville, TN.
