STEP 6: Register and Sign Contract

All exhibitor representatives are required to register for Reproductive Health 2008. Registration opens May 1, 2008. A certain number of conference registrations are included as part of your exhibitor package. Additional representatives may be registered at a cost of $150 each. ARHP will send you an exhibitor contract which must be signed and returned to ARHP prior to the start of the conference. Written cancellations postmarked by June 14, 2008, will be honored with a full refund minus a $100 processing fee.

No refunds will be issued after June 14, 2008.

Please Note

Exhibitor representatives attending the meeting will not be awarded continuing education credits. Exhibitor representatives wishing to send additional registrants should register individuals separately.

There will be a $150 fee for each additional registrant.
