ARHP is deeply concerned about the confirmation of Samuel Alito to the United States Supreme Court. As a judge, Alito’s rulings have shown an unequivocal hostility toward the rights of women and minorities, and toward protecting the health of all Americans. His record proves that he is out of step with American values of independence, equality, and the right to privacy.
The confirmation of Judge Alito can result in serious consequences for the health and the safety of American women. ARHP urges Judge Alito to protect the fundamental rights and freedoms of all Americans.
