Description of Organization:
Planned Parenthood of Southwest & Central Florida located in sunny Sarasota Florida provides reproductive healthcare to over 25,000 teens, women and men annually in their 7 health centers in six counties.
Position Responsibilities:
The Vice President Patient Services provides high level leadership for the Patient Services Department; develops, implements and evaluates the department strategic plan and budget; participates as a member of the senior leadership team; recruits, hires and supervises, Directors of Patient Services, Center Managers, QA Manager, Lead Clinician and Director of Abortion Services; ensures high quality, cost effective and efficient patient services are offered in compliance with state, federal and PPFA standards and guidelines; solicits and establishes new medical contracts for the affiliate; assists in the expansion plan for new clinical sites. Maintains oversight of the administration information system and streamlines billing process.
Qualifications:
High level leadership with extensive hands-on demonstrated experience in the healthcare industry including knowledge of electronic health records,strategic planning, budgeting and staffing.
