Planned Parenthood of the Rocky Mountains has been helping women, men and teens make responsible choices for 90 years. Planned Parenthood of the Rocky Mountains is seeking a Temporary Development Officer (June-November 2010) for our Denver, Colorado region.

This dedicated, PPRM mission driven applicant would direct major gift fundraising activities to help defeat Amendment 62, the so-called “personhood” initiative.

Qualifications include 3-5 years of major gifts experience, political fundraising skills, and awareness of Colorado politics and election laws.

Demonstrated ability to build fundraising relationships with donors and/or prospects, excellent communication skills, critical thinking abilities, organization/time management and knowledge of budgetary processes and financial reporting skills needed. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required and be able to work flexible hours and be willing to travel.

Experience with Raiser’s Edge and bilingual skills a plus!
