Position Responsibilities:
Are you a Registered Nurse who is team oriented manager; passionate about providing compassionate, high-quality care? Do you have experience in reproductive health, family planning and a desire to work in women’s reproductive health care?
As our Surgical Services Manager, each day your work will further Planned Parenthood’s vision that “every individual has the knowledge, freedom, and power to achieve optimal reproductive health.” You will lead the team in providing overall assessment, planning, and implementation of patient care services at our outpatient surgical care site in the City of Orange and periodic review of our outpatient surgical care site in San Bernardino. You will oversee scheduling, quality monitoring, staff and patient satisfaction, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications:
Our ideal candidate will meet the following additional requirements:
- Able to implement plans and strategies to improve patient throughput, increase service offerings to patients, and ensure high-quality care is delivered
- Can step in as a provider, when necessary, to cover when floor staff is short
- California Registered Nurse license; Degree in Nursing or Related fields preferred
- Minimum of 5 years direct nursing experience, and 5 years progressive management experience preferred
- Able to travel to San Bernardino County as needed to oversee surgical services
