Description of Organization:
Family Planning of South Central New York is a non-profit licensed health agency, providing reproductive health care and education to both men and women in Broome, Chenango, Delaware and Otsego Counties in upstate New York.

Position Responsibilities:
The Nurse Practitioner evaluates the health status of patients and provides direct family planning services to both men and women. Annual exams, full physical exams, caring for women, men, and teens through post-menopause. Giving cancer screenings, STD testing and treatment, etc. Overseen by a Board Certified Gynecologist. Expansive practice, full service GYN practice. State of the art outpatient practice. Preventive care.

Qualifications:
Must have current NYS registrations and licenses as applicable. Previous experience in reproductive health and family planning services preferred but not required.
