Description of Organization:
SWCAP Neighborhood Health Partners is a program of the Southwestern WI Community Action Program Inc. It is the designated family planning clinic serving Grant, Iowa, Lafayette and Green Counties in southwestern Wisconsin.

Position Responsibilities:
Provide family Planning, women's health and primary care to men and women in our newly established Darlington clinic site and our Platteville site

Qualifications:
Master's prepared Women's Health or Family certified. Experience or training in the provision of wWomen's or reproductive health. Bilingual Spanish a plus.
