Position Responsibilities:
Duties: Patient exams, patient assessment, lab work and patient education. Also, works in collaboration with PPRM medical protocols, (S)he delivers patient care utilizing the medical model to assess, plan, implement and evaluate outcomes as related to human sexuality issues and family planning.
Qualifications:
Requirements: Must be one of the following, NP, CNM, or PA who has completed an NP, CNM, or PA educational program and is certified as an NP, CNM, or PA by a national certification organization and met state requirements for licensing or certification as an NP, CNM, or PA; Or, if not certified at time of employment, must receive certification within two years of date of hire, or possess a Medicare number. Previous clinical experience in reproductive health, family practice or related area needed. A commitment to providing services to a diverse range of patients and to the goals/mission of PPRM are an essential. Diverse and Graduate students are encouraged to apply, Spanish speakers a plus!
