Description of Organization:
Planned Parenthood of the Rocky Mountains (PPRM), the leader in reproductive healthcare services, education and advocacy is seeking a Major Gifts Manager for the Denver area. The ideal candidate will support PPRM’s mission/programs with funds secured from individuals, to strategize and build a strong financial base for PPRM’s future, to educate donors regarding PPRM’s program goals, including political work, and to provide good stewardship to PPRM’s donor constituency.
Must have three to five years of major gifts experience, have demonstrated the ability to build fundraising relationships with donors and/or prospects, excellent speaking and writing skills. Also, have experience in delivering customer delight to external and internal constituencies, possess intuitive communication and listening skills to establish and build relationships, must be comfortable with very high-level and high net worth individuals and have critical thinking skills, organization and time management skills, and experience in budgetary processes and financial reporting. Experience with Raiser’s Edge a plus and traveling required.
