Providing high quality sexual and reproductive health care; promoting comprehensive, age-appropriate sexual health education; and protecting reproductive rights.
Position Responsibilities:
The Health Center Manager (HCM) provides leadership to and management of his/her center for the purpose of achieving established financial, operational and clinical goals. The HCM provides direct supervision to health center staff while maintaining health center productivity and efficiency expectations, compliance standards, and patient satisfaction. In collaboration with the Patient Services Management Team, The HCM implements new initiatives and/or services within the health center(s) as appropriate. The HCM develops an effective community presence and partnerships in his/her service area(s), representing PPCW and working to meet the needs of the community.
Qualifications:
- College degree in business, management, health care administration, public health, or a related field with health center experience or 5+ years of progressively responsible positions in health care.
- Strong background in management, business, health care provision or administration including supervisory experience.
- Preference given to applicants with proven ability to successfully lead large teams and experience managing surgical services in the area of reproductive health care
