Health Center Director

The Health Center Director will manage and direct a comprehensive service program and manage a multi-disciplinary staff to ensure quality reproductive health care. Will oversee the strategic alignment of the health center with Agency goals, and initiatives. The Health Center Director
is responsible for building and sustaining an efficient, customer focused team, ensuring the daily patient flow of the medical center; oversee all operations to comply with Agency policy while meeting or exceeding projected patient volume.

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following:

• Employee Recruitment and Team Development
• Operations
• Budget and Planning
  

• BA/BS degree in related field or equivalent training and experience. MS degree desirable.
  
• 4 – 7 years managing staff and department operations.
  
• Prefer a minimum of two (2) years experience in a health, medical or social service setting.
  
• Reproductive health, managed/primary care, and/or abortion services experience a plus.
