Description of Organization:
Planned Parenthood of the Rocky Mountains is now seeking a Health Center Business Director to provide management, support and training for identified clinics within our four state region (Colorado, New Mexico, Nevada, Wyoming). Responsibilities include, assessing health center managers and their centers to assure high quality patient care, identifying areas of improvement, training staff, develop, trend, analyze dashboards and quality indicators; and stepping in as a health center manager when needed. Minimum BA/BS in business, human services or health related field or equivalent experience. Business background with training skills strongly preferred. Two years supervision and management experience in positions of increasing responsibility is highly desirable. Must have excellent interpersonal, verbal, written, analytical and strategic thinking skills. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and significant statewide and national travel required. Must have a vehicle in good repair and be willing to drive in variable weather.
