Position Responsibilities: Responsible for implementing and evaluating culture of safety and integrity of clinical care at PPOSBC. Along with medical director, sets direction of Quality Assurance Program at PPOSBC by determining key clinical indicators, setting up systems of measurement, and holding regularly scheduled meetings to review elements of QA program. Ensures compliance with all regulatory standards including PPFA protocols, OSHA, CLIA and DHS guidelines. Acts as regulatory resource for all clinic staff. Leads PPOSBC through any audits and evaluations by outside agencies. Oversees case management functions at affiliate.
Qualifications:
- Completion of accredited R.N. or Nurse Practitioner, Certified Nurse Midwife, or Physician Assistant Program with license.
- Additional training in Health Care Quality a plus.
- Clinical experience in Family Planning and/or Outpatient Surgical Centers is a plus
- 10-15 years of clinical experience.
- Understanding of health care regulatory environment
