Planned Parenthood of the Rocky Mountains, the leader in reproductive health care is seeking a Director of Billing & Insurance for the Denver area.

The ideal candidate would be responsible for optimizing the health care revenue cycle of the organization including the timely and efficient capture, management, and collection of patient billing and third party service revenue of $7 million annually. Directly supervises the Billing Department and must have 5 years of progressive experience in health care financial management, health information management or similar health care revenue cycle experience.

• Must have working knowledge of health care practice management and billing systems, ICD-9, ICD-10, and CPT-4 coding, claims processing, and collections.
• Must have experience negotiating third party payer contracts and reimbursement levels.
• Must have knowledge of health care industry financial indicators, medical terminology and strong supervisory and personnel management skills.
• Minimum undergraduate degree in business or health care related discipline,
• Masters Degree preferred.
• Have ability to work flexible hours with occasional weekends and evenings.
