Since 1930, PPWP has provided reproductive health care of the highest quality. Comprehensive, confidential gynecological and reproductive health services are offered to all of our patients, regardless of their age or income.
Position Responsibilities:
Planned Parenthood of Western Pennsylvania (PPWP) is looking for clinicians who would enjoy working in our fast-paced, employee-friendly health center. We currently have openings for full- and part-time clinicians, who work primarily daytime hours & Saturdays. PPWP provides excellent benefits, competitive salaries and a supportive and friendly work environment. There is no call.
We are looking to fill positions in our Greensburg, PA and Somerset, PA family planning health centers.
Our professional medical staff provides the following family planning services with an emphasis on access and confidentiality:
- Complete gynecological care
- Birth control information and counseling
- Colposcopy and cryotherapy (advanced screening and treatment for cervical cancer)
- Pelvic and breast exams
- Screening and treatment for sexually transmitted infections (STIs)
- Emergency Contraception
- HIV risk assessment, testing and counseling
Qualifications:
Successful candidates should be licensed in Pennsylvania, want to work in gynecological and reproductive health care, be confident and able to work well with others in a team-oriented environment.
We will consider Nurse Practitioners, Certified Nurse Midwives, and Physician Assistants for the open positions.
