Clinical Quality Trainer

Planned Parenthood of the Rocky Mountains (PPRM) is now seeking a Clinical Quality Trainer. The ideal candidate will be utilized as a clinical trainer for PPRM advanced practice nurses, physician assistants and physicians who are acting as clinicians in PPRM health centers.

This person will be assigned to train new clinicians to PPRM and to ensure privileging and competence through ongoing and annual evaluations.

The Trainer will have direct client care component each week, hours for direct care to be determined based on need and budget.

• Current Colorado state licensure, Level 2 Clinician, 3-5 years experience in Women’s Health.
• Ability to become licensed in all the states where PPRM has health centers (CO, NM, NV, WY).
• Ability to travel by plane and/or car to all PPRM health centers as needed.
• Must be able to demonstrate excellent clinical judgment, be comfortable working within a protocol based clinical care system, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Reliable transportation and valid drivers license required.
