Description of Organization:
Planned Parenthood Southeastern Pennsylvania (PPSP) is an affiliate of the Planned Parenthood Federation of America (PPFA). PPSP serves Chester, Delaware, Montgomery and Philadelphia counties in Pennsylvania.

Position Responsibilities:
Create a positive first impression with callers by providing professional, efficient, and caring service, answering questions and scheduling healthcare appointments for multiple centers in a very busy atmosphere.

Qualifications:

Required: high school diploma or equivalent; strong customer service, communication, organizational skills; advanced ability to read, write, speak, and understand English. Bi-lingual (English / Spanish) candidates preferred.

Must be outgoing, professional, possess a positive attitude, show excellent judgment in highly confidential situations and have proven ability to multi-task and contribute effectively in a team environment. Positions are in West Chester, PA.

There are several entry-level part-time positions of various shifts open.
