Please provide primary and secondary e-mail addresses, in the case the primary e-mail address is not functioning. You will receive an e-mail confirmation of registration within 24 hours of submission. Please also check junk/spam mail folders. If you still have not received a registration confirmation e-mail, please contact Shama Alam.

Please note session registration will close 4 hours prior to the session. If you are unable to register beforehand, please check with Shama Alam to request login instructions if space is available.
