FARRAGUT SUBLEASE – 1 closed office + 1 or 2 workstations (includes use of 2 shared conference rooms)

The Association of Reproductive Health Professionals (ARHP) is offering a sublease in a light-filled and environmentally-sensitive suite at 1901 L Street, NW, Washington, DC. The office is within blocks of the Farragut North and Farragut West metro stations.

The sublease is for one closed-door windowed office and one or two open 8’ x 8’ workstations with great natural light, plus shared reception space, kitchen, large conference room with televideo and projection capabilities, and small conference room. Total rentable plus shared space is approximately 2,700 square feet.

Phone access, direct dial numbers, wireless & wired internet, and networking capabilities are included and fully operational. ARHP offers basic front-office reception services and 1 hour per month of IT support. ARHP is seeking $2,300 for the closed-door office and one open workstation or $2,800 for the closed-door office and two open workstations.
