The Reproductive Health 2009 room block at the Renaissance Hollywood Hotel and Spa will soon sell out. Should this occur and you are unable to make a reservation at the Renaissance, please make a reservation at a nearby hotel. Several are listed below, but there are many more in the area should these not meet your needs. Reproductive Health 2009 has not contracted with any of the below hotels. It is the responsibility of the attendee to secure accommodations.

Room Rates

The Renaissance Hollywood Hotel and Spa special rate for Reproductive Health 2009 attendees is $199.00 (plus 14% tax) for single and double occupancy.

Cancellation policy

Should you need to cancel a reservation, you must do so no later than 6:00 pm PT on the scheduled day of arrival.

This is a customized page for Reproductive Health 2009 attendees--the special rate is automatically generated and you will not have to enter a group code. To make reservations over the phone, please call 800-HOTELS-1 or (323) 856-1200 (ask for reservations) and reference the “Reproductive Health Conference.”

Check In/Out

Check-in at the Renaissance Hollywood Hotel and Spa is 4:00 pm; check-out is 11:00 am.

Cut-off Date

The reduced sleeping room rate is available until Monday, September 7, or until the room block sells out, whichever occurs first. In previous years, the room block has sold out months prior to the conference and thus, attendees are encouraged to make reservations as soon as possible. Reservations received after September 7, 2009 are subject to availability and the hotel’s standard room rates may apply.

Parking

Valet parking is available for $29/day. For offsite parking, contact the hotel at 1-800-769-4774 for more information.

Roommate Locator Service

Conference staff is offering a roommate locator service until Friday, August 28, 2009. Please contact Shelby Everitt at (202) 466-3825 or severitt@arhp.org for more information on the roommate locator service. Staff recommends that each person make a hotel reservation, then cancel one upon locating a roommate (keeping the cancellation policy in mind).

The Renaissance Hollywood Hotel and Spa is located approximately 13 miles from Los Angeles International Airport, 7 miles from Bob Hope Airport (Burbank-Glendale-Pasadena), and 48 miles from John Wayne Airport (Orange County). From Los Angeles International Airport to the Renaissance Hollywood Hotel and Spa, Super Shuttle service is available for approximately $16 for the first guest, $9 for additional guests. Taxi service to the hotel is available for approximately $60.
