Accommodations and Travel

Reproductive Health 2013 will take place at the Sheraton Denver Downtown, located at 1550 Court Place, Denver, CO 80202, which is approximately 25 miles from Denver International Airport.

The hotel is centrally located in Denver’s financial and business districts and offers many amenities. It is situated along a mile-long tree-lined promenade featuring outdoor bistros, microbreweries, shopping, and entertainment.

Room Rates

The Sheraton Denver Downtown room rates for Reproductive Health 2013 attendees are $169 + tax for a single or double room, $184 + tax for a triple room, and $199 + tax for a quad room.

Cancellations will be accepted without penalty if notice is received at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to scheduled arrival and a cancellation number is obtained. One night’s room & tax will be charged if cancellation is received within forty-eight (48) hours of arrival.

Check In/Out

Check-in at the Sheraton Denver Downtown is 3:00 PM; check-out is 12:00 PM.

Cut-Off Date

The conference room rate will be honored until Sunday, August 25, 2013 at the Sheraton Denver Downtown.

Parking

Valet parking is offered at the Sheraton Denver Downtown for $30/day. Self parking is available for $24/day.

Taxi Service

A taxi to/from the airport is $55 each way.
