Accommodations and Travel

Reproductive Health 2012 will take place at the Sheraton New Orleans, located at 500 Canal Street, New Orleans, LA 70130, which is approximately 13 miles from Louis Armstrong International Airport.

The hotel is on the historic Canal Street streetcar line adjacent to the French Quarter and offers many amenities. It is a short walk to Bourbon Street, Harrah's Casino, the Aquarium of the Americas, Riverwalk Marketplace, the city's most renowned restaurants, and legendary nightlife.

Room Rates

The Sheraton New Orleans room rate for Reproductive Health 2012 attendees is $165 + tax for a regular single or double room, or $195 + tax for a club level single or double room.

Cancellations will be accepted without penalty if notice is received at least seventy-two (72) hours prior to arrival and a cancellation number is obtained. One night’s room & tax will be charged if cancellation is received within seventy-two (72) hours of arrival.

Check In/Out

Check-in at the Sheraton New Orleans is 3:00 PM; check-out is 12:00 PM.

Cut-Off Date

The conference room rate is honored until 5:00 pm local time at the Sheraton New Orleans on Friday, August 31, 2012.

Parking

Valet parking is offered at the Sheraton New Orleans for $33/day + tax. Self parking is not available at the hotel.

Taxi Service

A taxi to/from the airport is approximately $28 each way.

Shuttle Service
